HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order could not be easier. Simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size  required and click “Add to cart”. These items will then be forwarded to your shopping cart. When finished simply click “Checkout” to begin the checkout process. Please note you will need a billing address to process the order.

 

I'M UNSURE ABOUT A SIZE. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT I NEED?

Please refer to our sizing chart below. If you still have specific questions about the fit or measurements please e-mail us at contact@youngwilderness.com and we'll provide you with the details needed. 

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash on delivery, Credit Card and Pay Pal.

 

MY ORDER WON'T GO THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please make sure that your billing address and card information are correct. If however you are sure your details are correct but you are still having troubles, please e-mail us at contact@youngwilderness.com and we will look straight into this for you. 

 

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING IN MY ORDER OR ADD AN ITEM. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

If we haven’t sent out your order yet, then it may be possible to amend it. To change your order please e-mail us to contact@youngwilderness.com with your order number and details of the amendment(s) you require. Alternatively, you can call us on the following number +971 55 411 4664 the hours of 10 A.M. to 6 P.M.

 

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

If by any chance you aren't totally obsessed with your purchase, you have 24 hrs to change or cancel an order after having placing that order.  This is only possible if your order is still processing and has not been dispatched. All order cancellations must be sent to us via e-mail contact@youngwilderness.com quoting your name, order number and full address. Only then can we cancel your order. If however your order has been dispatched you are liable for the order you made, meaning you have to pay for the package delivered to you and then e-mail us for return within 48 hours of delivery (check our return policy). We can then send out our delivery team to pick up the package with an exchange or a refund (check refund policy).

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address you entered on your order.  If for some reason you did not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder. If it still doesn't show, kindly send us an e-mail to contact@youngwilderness.com 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We offer next day delivery for Lebanon and the UAE. Further details below:

 

* Kindly note that we don't ship on grand holidays.

 

MY ORDER CONTAINS A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM.

Our team usually double checks any order before being sent but however, if the item you received is not what you originally ordered or is faulty or defected, please e-mail us giving us your name, address and your order number, and let us know if you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. 

 

I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT MY PURCHASE, I WANT A REFUND. 

We make few exceptions to refunds. We only accept to make refunds if we find the reason behind this inquiry valid and if the condition(s) of the item(s) are as good as new.

Send us an e-mail to contact@youngwilderness.com with your name, phone number, address, order number and reason for your refund request. We will be in contact from then on and work on case by case basis. It is important for us to know the details so we guarantee a better service on your next order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within a maximum of 3 working days and then dispatched to you (depending on each customer and case and country). You will be notified via e-mail at the e-mail address listed on your account when your order was placed. And if needed, conversations will continue to take place via phone.

I WANT TO EXCHANGE THE ORDER I RECEIVED.

No problem. However, we need you to send us an e-mail to contact@youngwilderness.com with clear reasons why. We like our customers satisfied – always. If it’s in good conditions, it’s exchangeable.

CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP FROM YOUNG WILDERNESS OFFICES?

Unfortunately it is not possible to collect orders from our offices. We are strictly Online.
